class Geo::PointSplitState
Common construction state for a point kd-tree.
This just reduces the number of in/out arguments.

Geo::s32 m_NumPoints | Number of points in pointArray. |
Geo::v128 * m_PointArray | The array of points to build a tree from. |
Geo::GeoArray< PointSplit > & m_Splits | Dynamic array to put splits in. |
