Constitutes the core precomputed data for the input lighting generation for a system.

RadDataBlock m_ClusterProbeSampleOffsetData	Optional precomputed data used for probe radiosity.
RadDataBlock m_InputWorkspacePrecomp	Precomputed data.
InputWorkspaceMetaData m_MetaData	Data describing the input workspace.
RadDataBlock m_ProjectedPointData	Optional input sample points that have been projected to different geometry This is typically used to support GPU visibility generation with different meshes.
