Troubleshooting and support

If you have a support agreement with Silicon Studio, you can contact the Enlighten support team for assistance.

Report a bug

When you report a bug to the support team, please try to provide as much information as you can, including:

  • the version numbers of Enlighten and UE4 the bug affects (eg Enlighten 3.09 and UE4.17.2)
  • clear step-by-step instructions to reproduce the bug (screenshots and videos are helpful)
  • a (cut-down) copy of and data and code to reproduce the bug, if necessary
  • if the bug involves a crash or error message: a copy of the call stack, the full error message and any related log output
  • if the bug involves incorrect or broken lighting: a screenshot of the incorrect result and a description of the expected result
